Worst Day Ever!

Today has got to be the worst day ever, or at least one of the top few. I had an interview today at 1 p.m. I leave the house at 11:50. The ride is usually 30 minutes to 45 minutes long. Everything was fine until I get to the highway, where all I saw was two city workers and one unmarked police car blocking the exit that I need to get to. I think, "hmm, it shouldn't take that long. I'll just wait." I turn on the radio to see what is actually going on.

Twenty minutes later, I KNOW things are going no where. Other cars are getting out of the line and taking other routes, but I don't know any other route because I just past it. When I finally get close enough in the line, like 5 cars away, I KNOW we're never going to get through. So, I finally decide to take another route. THEN I GET LOST.

You would THINK that following other cars that were going to go the same route as you would know where to go. Apparently not! I wanted to cry in the car because I phoned everyone I knew and they didn't know where I was or could even give me directions.

Finally, I was half an hour late for my interview. =(

Just when I thought it was all over, I felt like traffic jams were following me everywhere. This route I take that normally takes less than 5 mins, took at LEAST 25 mins today because this truck was driving at less than 5 km/hr.

And tomorrow, I shall get lost AGAIN.

Hard Work Pays Off

It took me so long to line up all the cranes to take some pictures of them, and now I actually have an order! I have also sold some Cutesie felt hair clips I made a LONGGGG time ago. =) I guess sometimes hard work does pay off =D

To Mike:

Even when you feel sad and feel like the whole world is collapsing on you, just know that the sun will shine the next day, like it is today. Everyday will not be as grim as it has been for the past few days, just know that it could only get better.

Whatever happens, you can always come and talk to me and I will be there listening to you for as long as you need. Don't worry, be happy. =)

3 IN ONE DAY!

WOWWWWW! Never have I had 3 sales in one day...nor have I written 3 posts in one day -_-;

I took some pictures yesterday for some new items for my shop but then I got too lazy to upload them. One of the pictures was on the 18 crane listing I have. It took sooooo long to line up all the cranes and get them to stand in a V formation XD. But the results were really good (on my camera that is, since I haven't gotten around to uploading them).

This is the first week since this semester started that I have no assignments, no exams, no presentations, no NOTHING for a whole week. Yet, I'm too lazy to get started on next week's due list.

The above 2 sites talk about how to start smoking. This was brought up during class today and it absolutely stunned me. Too bad the site that I was presented with in class has since been shut down, but the above sites are just as bad. The one in class was talking about how smoking makes you look sexy and even though the first time you smoke you might look awkward, you can only look sexier each time you smoke. Who on earth thinks smoking makes you look sexy?! The site also commented on how even if you look fantastic already, you'll look even better after smoking. I hope the creators of the site was being sarcastic and I'm extremely glad it was shut down.

Failureee

I just got back the results to last week's midterm. Recall that I felt VERY confident about the exam and that I thought it was easy...

Once again, whenever I feel something is easy I end up doing very poorly. =(

The passing grade was 70% and I got 71%. At least I passed, right? =)

In other news, the Fat Loss Chronicles is giving away a pedometer! I currently own a pedometer but I hate how mine has to clip onto my pants because sometimes it damages my pants. But the one that's currently being given away works in your pocket, clipped to the waist of your pants, and even in your purse! How exciting!

Don't Give Up

If everyone says you can't do something, like there's no way you can make it happen, then try your hardest and prove to them that they're wrong. Don't prove to people that they're right, prove that they're wrong. Don't make excuses for yourself, just do it!

I do hope it'll help me sell my Kusudama Flower Modular. It's had 1267 so far but still no one's buying it =(.

And to think it took me hours to make too! ...I think it looks pretty =(...

Last night's midterm turned out to be VERYYYY easy.

I also got my review/evaluation today at work and apparently I'm a good hire =)

Sickkkk

I think I'm actually feeling better after being sick for over a week. Worst part is that I've been sick during midterms. =(

I'm currently slacking off and updating my blog and Etsy and delaying studying for my midterm that's tonight.

Maybe I should go study...
